Within the garden is a BBQ, ample seating, and magnificent views towards the Mediterranean. The spacious open tiled terrace is private and has sun loungers and parasols, and the rest of the garden is planted with mature palms and fruit trees. The solarium terrace has views of the lighthouse and of the island of Ibiza which can be seen in the distance.
INTERIOR: The villa is stylishly furnished and well equiped to high standards. The spacious entrance hall leads to a large lounge with separate dining area, which in turn leads though to a spacious kitchen with modern conveniences and a breakfast dining area.
